$180m Halliburton Scandal: Two Ex Heads Of State Battling President Jonathan Over Plan To Re-open Case
There are reports that two of Nigeria's former Presidents are currently battling President Goodluck Jonathan over his resolve to prosecute the suspects involved in the Halliburton bribe scandal. The former Heads of State involved have not been mentioned by the source, but they are reportedly falling out with the President over the issue. Meanwhile the President is hell bent on bringing those involved in the scandal to book in order to prove to the outside world and Nigerians that he is not a toothless bull-dog.
