Nigerian Customs Officer Accidentally Shot Dead By Colleague Along Seme Border

                                   

An Assistant Superintendent Of Customs Mr. Baba Mohammed was accidentally shot dead by his senior colleague Mr. Tunde Oseni during an operation along Seme-Badagry expressway on Saturday. According to the News Agency Of Nigeria reports, the incident happened when a Customs patrol team led by Oseni encountered some smugglers. The smugglers reportedly struggled with the team as they resisted arrest, only for a service pistol belonging to Oseni accidentally discharged, killing Mohammed. Customs authorities have handed Oseni over to the police for further investigation.
