It is very sad to know that late President John Atta-Mills died with dedication to serve Ghanians. This is based on a news report I read on Samuel Lobour's blog, the report suggested that the late President ignored doctors' advice to quit his job as Ghana's President. The late president ignored this advice and continued carrying out the duties of a President, he was reportedly rushed to the hospital after he complained of neck pains on Sunday, and unable to participate in church activities that day.
The report also quoted a member of Ghana's a Member of the Council of State and a close confidante of the late President who saw the lifeless body of the president at the hospital, said even when it was obvious that President Mills’ health had deteriorated, he continued to perform his duties as President, against the wishes of his doctors.
