There are reports that men of the Special Anti Robbery Squad of the Nigerian Police force have arrested a Lawyer who leads a gang of armed robbers in Abuja. According to the report, he is a lawyer and also a car dealer, who deals only in stolen vehicles. He doesn’t go for operations but he was the sole receiver of the stolen vehicles. He recruited them and bought the vehicles cheaply from the gang, the police source said. Most of stolen vehicles were sold in Onitsha, Anambra State. apprehended in Lugbe, Abuja.
Luck ran out of him and his gang when one of their victim's car was trace through a car tracking device to the lawyer's compound in Abuja. The car was reportedly snatched in Porthacourt, but the owner and the police traced it to the lawyer's house where many other cars were also discovered.
