This incident was reported by Punch newspaper, although the okada rider has not been identified but it happened somewhere in Akoka. The policemen in a bid to enforce the state's traffic law, beat the man and stripped him naked. I also witnessed one under Falomo bridge last week in the evening, on my way home from work. I think Lagos authorities need to caution policemen, to do the job carefully.
