Members of the House of Reps have rejected an executive bill that will make it mandatory for flour producers to include cassava in the the production of their flours. Nigeria's President in a bid to promote his much publicised love for cassava bread, sent a bill to the National Assembly which is tittled ‘A bill for an act to provide for the mandatory inclusion of cassava in the production of all flour in Nigeria and for other
matters connected therewith’. Thank God say our Reps dem wake up this time, na by force to chop cassava bread? Anyway I think this is one of the consequencies of voting people without shoes into power, very soon they will send another bill that will force us not to wear shoes until we all become presidents, since they were eating cassava before they got to power.
