Government's Neglect of Education Worsens as Student Dies Inside Well In The Hostel

                              

According to The Nation Newspaper, the worsenning situation of Nigerian education sector was further confirmed yesterday, as student of Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma fell and died inside a well.
The female student and seven others were said to have fallen into a well at the university owned Kudirat Hostel.

Three others are currently battling for life at the Irrua Specialist Hospital, while another student who was presumed dead woke up at the hospital mortuary.
It was gathered that the incident occurred at about 7:30am yesterday when some students went to get water from the well.
The source said the victims sat on the well waiting for their turn to get water when the well constructed over 10 years ago caved in.
