A 41-year-old woman in Peru has reportedly sliced her boyfriend's penis for being unfaithful to her. Huaman Julia Muñoz cut off the man's manhood while he was asleep. Ramon Arias Apayco, 46 was suspected to be having an affair with another woman before the incident happened. Julia reportedly flushed the manhood in the toilet as soon as she cut it off her boyfriend. She is presently in police cell. The incident happened in a hostel hostel in Brena, Peru.
