War Crimes Court has this morning sentenced former Liberian President Charles Taylor to 50 years in prison. Charles Taylor sentencing is based on his support for Sierra Leon rebels during the civil war that ravaged the country for years. The civil war saw many many amputated, killed, maimed and rendered many children useless as they were either turned into child soldiers or child prostitutes.
