Car Rams Into People Waiting At Bus Stop, Killing Three

A red Peugeot 406 car with registration number, BM214EKY driven by one  Oladimeji Olaniyi yesterday rammed into people waiting at the bus stop yesterday, killing three and leaving two seriously injured. The incident happened along Lagos-Abeokuta expressway inward Iyana Ipaja area of Lagos. Eyewitnesses said the driver was drunk and was driving at a very high speed before he lost control of the car. He was saved by the policemen of Dopemu police station who arrived at the scene as angry youths wanted to lynch him. He is presently in police custody.
