Unknown Woman Steal 3-Month-Old Baby From A Catholic Church In Benue State

Curled from Daily Sun news reports

A strange woman was said to have stolen a three-month-old baby during a mass at St. Theresa’s Church at Anyiin in Logo Local Government Area of Benue State.  The unknown woman who was waiting at the entrance of the church, reportedly offered to help the mother of the stolen baby, Mrs. Mbatumun Ose, to hold the child who was being backed by an older sister. The unsuspecting mother, according to Daily Sun, innocently gave the baby to the strange woman but asked her to follow her to seat on the front pew in the front row of the church where she usually sat.

The unknown woman was said to have told the baby’s mother that she preferred to seat at the back row with the baby and she agreed without sensing any foul play. Oseh, according to the source, then left the woman with the baby and went to sit on the front row and asked her older child, who earlier backed the baby, to sit with the woman. After the baby’s mother had settled down for the church service, the strange woman sent the older child to buy Tom Tom for her. As soon as the girl left, she absconded with the baby.
