It is now becoming something that needs urgent attention by our politicians and security authorities in the country, I am talking about the issues of kidnapping that is now adding to the list of embarrasing factors associated with my dear country Nigeria. The reports I have is that a female Lebanese owner of a shawarma joint in Festac was almost kidnapped by unknown gunmen who stormed her joint yesterday. The woman being smart after noticing the movement of the men was able to escape, but the policeman protecting the joint was unlucky, as the Corporal was said to be shot dead by the men. His service rifle was also reportedly taken away by the unknown gunmen. May God bless the soul of the slain policeman who died in the line of duty.
