A 35-year-old female teacher in Lagos has been arrested by the police for allegedly defiling a 4-year-old pupil with pencil in her class. The pupil (Taiwo) according to her mum felt pain on her private part as her mum was bathing her, told her mum what happened in school. The teacher whose name is Patience was confronted after the child confessed to her parents and she denied it, but the school authorities promised to act on it. The parents later reported the matter to the police when they noticed the school authorities were not taking it serious, she is presently in a police cell.
