Commercial Motorcyclist Sells Nurse To Ritual Killers For 10,000 Naira

It is a very shocking and very sad story to hear, it is one of the bad things that happen in our society these days. It is the story of one Okada rider in Ebonyi state whose name is Ifeanyi, he reportedly sold a 51-year-old nurse to ritual killers who paid him 10,000 Naira in exchange for the woman. The woman Mrs. Helen Ilonge, was the coordinator of Primary Health Care in Bekwarra Local Government Area of Cross River State, was coming from a programme at the Assemblies of God Church, Abakaliki in Ebonyi State, and had
alighted from a vehicle at Okpongrinya junction before taking the bike. It was reported by Punch newspaper that Ilonge (51) was beheaded while her other vital reproductive parts such as breast and vagina were removed for ritual purposes.

Luck reportedly ran out of Ifeanyi when he called Helen's daughter to demand for a 50,000 Naira ransom for her mother to be released. The money was used to purchase recharge cards which was sent to Ifeanyi as instructed, but he was traced by the police through his phone. Ifeanyi has reportedly led to police to one of the ritualists who claimed that Helen was beheaded immediately after Ifeanyi was paid and her vital organs were removed for ritual purposes. Na wa o, man's inhumanity to man, how can you sell a human being for 10,000 Naira? Even goats are more expensive, I am sure this is not his first time I just hope the police will not release these animals.
